Who is Egg Planet

Egg Planet is the reincarnation of one of Colorado’s most notable power funk bands, Baba Gannoush. In its previous incarnation the band was active in the Denver club scene, The Little Bear in Evergreen (the band’s home base), and also performed at Taste of Colorado and the People’s Fair.

Baba Gannoush’s first CD received positive reviews from Westword’s Michael Roberts and Guitarnine.com. The bands new CD on Hapiskratch Records ‘If You Only Knew‘ features similar hard-driving Rock grooves with unrestrained commentary on issues that confront us all in today’s turbulent world.

A second CD release party will be at Evergreen School of Music soon after. The ESOM show will be an all-ages event to accommodate our students, families, and friends in Evergreen.
